State Privacy Rights

Where you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law — California under the CCPA/CPRA, or Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a similar statute — the following supplements our Privacy Policy.

Your Control

Rights include access to and confirmation of processing, correction, erasure, data portability, and the right to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising; and, in several states, appealing a refusal. There is no penalty for exercising them — service, pricing and access remain identical.

Sharing Practices

Personal information is not sold for money by Lumara. That said, where advertising is served, ad partners may receive cookie or device identifiers, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar statutes that may amount to a ‘sale’ or to ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising. Opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Under-16 data is not knowingly involved.

Categories of Personal Information

Personal information categories in scope: identifiers such as IP and cookie IDs; internet activity data describing your use of this site; and contact information only where you submitted it. Everything comes either directly from your device or via an analytics or advertising partner.

How to Use These Rights

The address for requests is hello@glowingphase.com. Opt-outs are additionally available through Global Privacy Control, which we detect and honour with no message needed. We verify by responding to the originating email address, act within the statutory response window, and accept authorised-agent requests supported by written permission.
